Only request made before 2PM WAT on Friday will be processed that week.
Payouts will be sent within 24 working hours (after 2PM WAT on Friday).
Ensure you close all trades before requesting for payouts.
Ensure that your bank information on the profile page has been updated before requesting for payout.

Using Mobile
Step 1 Mobile: Log in to Your Account
On your mobile device, click on the toggle button at the top right corner of your screen, on the homepage.
Click on the "Login" at the bottom of the list to proceed to the login page.
Log in to your account using your registered credentials.
Ensure your username and password are correct.
Once you've signed in, you'll be directed to your dashboard.
Step 2 Mobile: Add Account Information
Click the toggle button again and select "Profile", you'll be directed to a page containing your profile information.
Scroll down to the "Account Information" section and input your account details for your preferred payment method (Bank Transfer or PayPal). Make sure you save it by clicking "UPDATE".
Step 3 Mobile: Select Account
Navigate back to your dashboard, click the "My Accounts" button at the top left of the page, this will reveal a dropdown containing a list of your accounts.
Select the account with which you want to request payout.
Step 4 Mobile: Access Payout
Once you select an account, click on the "PAYOUT" button at the right corner of the screen. This is where you'll initiate the process to request your earnings.
Once you click the "PAYOUT" button, A "REQUEST PAYOUT" button will appear on your dashboard coupled with a set of instructions. Click the "REQUEST PAYOUT" button to initiate your payout request process.
Step 5 Mobile: Monitor Your Payout Status
After your request has been sent, click the "Payout History" tab at the right side of your screen to track the status of your payout request.
Check your account "Payout History" section regularly for updates on the processing status.
Step 6 Mobile: Receive Your Funds
Once your payout request is processed and approved, the funds will be transferred to you through your chosen payout method, the "Status" section in you "Payout History" will indicate paid.
You'll also get an email containing your certificate of payment, indicating that your funds have been transferred successfully.
Using Desktop
