I'll say one major thing is consistency, they stay!. Most people who come into trading are out by the end of their first or second year. Most profitable traders have been in the game long enough to begin to reap the rewards of their work.
A good Trader does not seek validation from outsiders, instead they give trials at opportunities, and successfully, they grow bigger wings. They don't stand in one corner listening to “they said” or even blame a prop firm for their loss. As a trader who wants to be great, you've to be ready to tackle challenges so that when the going goes tougher, you'll also become stronger.
I'll say they're excellent risk managers, great thinkers and above all, they've put efforts into their trading growth and development. They didn't give up when it was challenging instead they worked on consistency till they survived the storm. They were once a beginner too 🫰Jsyk

This has made them skilled and reskilled different trading plans and they've successfully discovered suitable ones for themselves. As you can see, it's not a day job. It takes continuous practice and learning till they become better gurus.
